SloMo zines encourage students to slow down, and work off the computer for the conceptual portions of their video and animation projects. Storybook Edition No.1 comes with a cut out fortune teller containing various universal themes in which the brainstorming process can begin. When it comes to the creative process, oftentimes we journey into the unknown. It can be an uncomfortable journey leading to multiple directions. World-renowned, Edward De Bono, coined the term, Lateral Thinking, in his 1967 book "New Think; the Use of Lateral Thinking in the Generation of New Ideas."
