Hello!
l am an E.U. and a U.S. citizen. I was born in Dublin, Ireland. I have travelled, lived, and worked in various countries and states. I respect diversity and culture. My heart is open to all! I stay in touch with family, friends, and former colleagues all around the globe. The COVID19 issue has affected us all greatly. I would be honored to be a part of any corporation that is involved in bringing about the education and communication resources needed for testing and the new vaccine. I am a globalist, environmentalist, and humanitarian. I also am a beauty, wellness, and health food fanatic!
Throughout my former career years, I have been mentored by many amazing people. And I hope to continue to do so. I have worked as a Senior Multimedia Director with small and global agencies for multiple brands with many great teams. Now I teach full-time as a Multimedia Career coach, thus I feel that all of these experiences has opened up my eyes in terms of mastering my craft and team management. My eyes are wide open! Education has changed me. It taught me to listen. It taught me patience. In terms of teaching a younger target, it taught me to slow down. I had to go back to the basics of Graphic Design, Typography, etc. Something I took for granted. Most of all, it taught me to manage and lead. Some of my students would move ahead of me, thus I learned from them. Then I took additional courses in Motion Media, Animation, etc. I empathize with our future audience. They are smarter than most people think. I want to make the World a safer, healthier place for them. They deserve it.
They say if you want master something teach it. It is a wonderful way to give back.
I earned multiple certifications and degrees through teaching. The latest course that I am taking for certification is Sheltered English Immersion (SEI) required by the The Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education (DESE) for English Language Learners. Unfortunately, our minorities and elderly have been hit by this pandemic. Communication to all is of the utmost importance.
I also recently worked on an online predator campaign with the Milford and Upton Police Department (via their FBI resources) for K–7 school children.

II completed my masters at SCAD in Graphic Design and Visual Experience. My hope is that the next step of my career will be joining a team that I can learn from, and also give back, by practicing and challenging my craft. I believe that great ideas with strategic messaging sells. "The medium is the message." Marshall McLuhan. It’s all about context. I believe in empathy and storytelling. Listening. Learning. Research. Defining the problem. Strategy. Brainstorming and ideating solutions with a team to fix any of the World's challenges. My name is Adele. I have marketing, print production, digital, interactive, broadcast, and user experience. My vision is to create the highest quality products that will have a meaningful impact with your target audience. I look to creating stories that resonate with the end user. In other words, the work has to really matter.
Although I have been in the communications field for over 17 years, I also teach communications design. I believe that design is a continuous journey of exploration and lessons learned, because the possibilities and roads that can be taken are endless.
